
Karen Clark is the Deputy Director, of the Office of Information Technology. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Geography with an emphasis in GIS from the University of Southern Mississippi. With over 15 years of experience creating solutions for numerous local, state, and federal government entities across the southeast United States, Karen MDMR in 2015 as the lead GIS and database administrator. In her current role, Karen serves as project manager and technical advisor on technology related projects within the MDMR. Karen serves on the board of directors for the Mississippi Association for Spatial Technologies (MAST) setting the bar for spatial data standards and collaboration in Mississippi. Karen is a technical advisor and co-lead manager who facilitates coordination of GulfSeeLife within the MDMR.
